Mightyfools – Free MP3 Download

Through one of the most vaguely titled tracks I’ve seen all year, the rising Dutch duo Mightyfools will release a track to celebrate 50,000 likes on Facebook. It has become a trend amongst artists to do so, and the guys have worked very hard to achieve this number. They have signed some huge releases to some huge labels, including “Footrocker” on Revealed Recordings and “Put ‘Em Up” on Doorn Records. Plus, they have a monthly radioshow/podcast titled Worldwide Movement, which is posted on SoundCloud and iTunes.

“Free MP3 Download” is styled similarly to “Footrocker,” where the intro of the track leads straight into the drop. This drop is arguably one of their best, as it features a wild set of synths that will drive any listener to dancing immediately. After pounding out the drop, the melody of the track is quite dark and mysterious. Once again, the melody reminds me of “Footrocker,” which is quite alright because that tune was quite successful. Just as the melody finishes working its magic, the track drops again into more bass-heavy madness from the Mightyfools.
