We Are FSTVL 2017 – Phase Two Announced

As 2017 dawns and with it We Are FSTVL‘s fifth year, the UK’s most celebrated dance festival – Best Dance Event at 2016’s UK Festival Awards the latest prize – keeps fevers pitched with their phase two announcement. Minds are set on encircling the whole underground scene, beats and bass bolstered again by the boldest names from the urban world as Dizzee Rascal, Giggs and Katy B join previously confirmed Wiley. It stands to be a summer lockdown, with a frenzy of tickets selling out through several tiers – keeping up trends to set a new record time!

Mixing grime with garage and d’n’b with dance, the event establishes itself as the key date for crowds in kind. Supernovas of the clubland constellation, with Carl Cox, Basement Jaxx and Armand Van Helden among them, will be joined by the brightest of stars in the night-life sky as Gorgon City, Maya Jane Coles, Sigma, Tchami, Bontan, Chris Lorenzo and countless others add extra mass to a lineup none other than supermassive. The MBE-dubbed legend of dub David Rodigan leads radio royalty Mistajam and Danny Howard too.

For the first time making camp and with it the most of a whole weekender, hosting five special ‘We Are House Party’ sessions to match the mainstages of FTSVL’s five worlds, the crew are ensuring that in their fifth year they are the one-and-only ‘state of play’.
