Kölsch & Camelphat – Waste My Time [IPSO]
KÖLSCH and CamelPhat are set to officially release their highly anticipated collaboration ‘Waste My Time’ on 30th May via Kölsch’s imprint, IPSO. Having first made waves when it premiered during their electrifying back-to-back set at Pacha Ibiza last summer, ‘Waste My Time’ has quickly become a heralded fan favourite, cementing its place as a staple anthem in the collaborators’ recent sets.
The track comes alongside an AI video set in a recreation of Pacha Ibiza from the 1970s. Utilising photos and footage from Pacha’s archives – Kölsch and Camelphat are transported back in time to the early years of Ibiza’s original club.
Blending emotive melodies with hypnotic grooves, this latest offering not only showcases the creative synergy between these two renowned artists, but also marks the first single from Kölsch’s forthcoming album KINEMA, set for release this October.
A project that marks a return to his roots as a live performer, KINEMA features reimagined interpretations of his iconic classics. Both the album, and the live show set to accompany the project, are designed to reflect the meaning behind KINEMA, which translates to “movement” or “to move” in Greek. Symbolising the evolution of Kölsch’s music, the project explores a range of experiences and represents Kölsch’s journey back to the essence of his artistry, where live performance was rooted at the heart of his expression.

The KINEMA album and live show are poised to be a dynamic and immersive experience, combining new arrangements of Kölsch’s iconic tracks like ‘Grey’, ‘Loreley’, ‘Goldfisch’, and ‘All That Matters’. With each performance, he will deliver a captivating journey through sound, presenting his timeless productions in reimagined forms.
