First Acts Announced For Magazine, London, For Open Air B2B Sets
Epic collaborations lead the first two shows announced for Magazine Open–Air, with sets from Amelie Lens b2b Sara Landry and Josh Baker with Max Dean. Brand new this summer, Open–Air transforms the space around Magazine into a roofless dancefloor where day-to-night sets unfold.
Josh Baker and Max Dean are two of the defining forces in UK tech house. Following a standout b2b in Liverpool, the pair bring their first London back-to-back to Magazine Open–Air this summer.
Individually prolific and collectively electric, Baker’s groove-driven Hide&Seek sound meets Dean’s high-impact neXup energy for an extended outdoor session at the capital’s newest open-air venue on Saturday 15 August.
Amelie Lens, a Belgian techno powerhouse whose unrelenting passion, signature sound and global EXHALE movement have cemented her as one of the genre’s leading figures, is joined by Sara Landry — a self-taught producer and DJ delivering dark, driving and divinely feminine industrial techno with unapologetic force. This special, extended set is a UK-exclusive back-to-back framed by London’s skyline on Friday 21 August.
Launching this summer, Magazine Open—Air is Broadwick Live’s signature outdoor series on the Greenwich Peninsula. Set on the banks of the River Thames in a never-before-used location, the area transforms into a roofless dancefloor framed by architecture, skyline and meticulously engineered sound. The brand new outdoor event space is set to unveil full details in the coming months.
