Kid Massive & Disfunktion “Amrock” Out October 14 On Mutants Records
It was just last week that we featured Disfunktion on our page, as we talked over various subjects with the Dutch duo of DJ’s. It is now with great pleasure that we now can bring you their latest work, a collaboration with Danish produce Kid Massive titled “Amrock”. You probably recognize the name Kid Massive from his own collaboration with Alex Sayz, which was titled “Strong” and released on Revealed Recordings earlier this year. This time, the collaboration has been signed to John Dählback‘s Mutants Records, and is scheduled for a release next Monday, October 14.
The track begins with an overwhelmingly progressive vibe, which is incredibly uplifting. The synth play is intricate, but is very finely tuned, and is bound to set any dancefloor or festival scene on fire. For me, the melody proves to be the strongest part of the track, but that shouldn’t take away from either the build or the drop. The build is a standard house build, creating hype and excitement before the drop. In this track, we get treated to a strong electro styled drop that clearly emulates the styles of both Kid Massive and Disfunktion. Just listen to the preview below; you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.
As a big fan of both Kid Massive and Disfunktion, I’m quite excited for this release, coming on October 14 via Mutants Records.
