Danny Avila Plays 8-Hour Marathon Set at Bootshaus

There are a lot of people who can barely handle an 8-hour work day, and then there’s Danny Avila. The Spanish DJ/producer took to the decks at the world-famous Bootshaus club in Cologne, Germany, to play an incredible 8-hour DJ set. The set was a huge break from the normal for Danny Avila, who normally plays mainstream progressive and electro house during his sets. Instead, he went back to his roots, and went with only tech house and deep house song selections throughout the entirety of his 480 minutes on the decks. This one-time set shows off his ability to go beyond the mainstream and select songs from deeper genres. At his other shows, Danny Avila shows off His new “MORE” concept. That’s where he tries to showcase as many different genres as possible while on the decks. “There are no boundaries in MORE,” the young Spaniard said. “It’s my personal musical history and everything that came with it.”
