Russian veterans Matisse & Sadko launch their long-awaited Monomark Music imprint with “Machine Gun”.

These gentlemen are some of the most versatile producers in the industry. Their tracks range from light and airy progressive house to dirty big-room productions like this one. This record has been floating around on the Internet since February, and received plays at huge festivals like Ultra Miami and Tomorrowland. “Machine Gun” also has seen love from a wide range of DJs, including Julian Jordan, Shapov and many more.

The first thing that grabs your attention on this record is the synths. They bring a bold sound to the table, before a vocal hooks the listener even further. It’s pretty easy to get lulled in, but Matisse & Sadko crank the energy up by inserting a massive bass kick and cascading chords. While not the most complex idea, “Machine Gun” comes at you with consistently dynamic sound. Matisse & Sadko clearly take pride in blazing their own trail, and will continue to do so with Monomark Music.
