Maddix – Technology [Revealed]

One of the biggest problems in the mainstream dance music industry used to be artists who were unwilling to step out of their comfort zone. There’s no worries about that here, Maddix delivers a fantastically unique cut with “Technology”.

The producer himself noted on his social media channels that “the Maddix sound is evolving, and it has become something never heard before”. “Technology” is the fourth release of the year for Maddix. This crossover tune has seen big support from names like Sander van Doorn, Kryder, Hardwell and more.

“Technology” borrows influences from a multitude of genres, but melds them together flawlessly. The track kicks off with a super-heavy techno-style drum sequence before yielding to a vocally-led breakdown. Maddix builds up serious intensity with trance-style chords below the repeating “Technology” vocal. Things get super heavy after this, with a peak-time techno bassline and futuristic high-pitched synths giving “Technology” a sky-high energy level.
