The Hydra ‘NOT TO BE’ – Saturday 29th Jan

This weekend legendary London promoter The Hydra return to the Drumsheds with the second installment of their ‘TO BE’ / ‘NOT TO BE’ series, inviting over 20 of electronic music’s elite to explore the art of collaborative DJ sets.

In December 2021, a solid-gold list of heavyweights went head to head including Nina Kraviz and Paula Temple, Ben Klock and Marcel Dettmann, and many more, all set in the epic Drumsheds warehouse. An incredible space, this will be last ever party in The Drumsheds and The Hydra are on hand with a line up boasting some of the world’s most exciting DJs. It’s going to be a serious send off!

Collaborating as part of ‘TO BE’ / ‘NOT TO BE’, this Saturday 29th January, find Joy Orbison b2b Ben UFO, Four Tet b2b Floating Points, Carl Craig b2b Moodymann, Danilo Plessow (MCDE) b2b Jennifer Cardini, John Talabot b2b Violet, among the 20+ artists stepping up for the exciting back to back event. This unique concept aims to explore the fierce electricity of collaboration whilst playing, and the spontaneous approaches that are taken as two DJs share selections with their equal.

After an impressive first outing, ‘NOT TO BE’ promises to be another serious session with some of electronic music’s most revered names on board to explore house, garage, techno, jungle, breaks and beyond.
