Ango Tamarin – No Escape [Truesoul]

Ango Tamarin returns to Truesoul for his first offering since debuting on the label in 2020. The well-received two-tracker ‘What Was That?’ launched the Ango Tamarin project, an endeavor that would go on to drop heat on imprints including Trick, Edible and Nothing Else Matters. In particular his recent cut with Efan Feeker ‘Oh My Gosh’ on Patrick Topping’s imprint is being touted as an early 2023 highlight.

Taking this form into ‘No Escape’, the producer shapes a pair of chunky club-ready cuts. The title track is punchy and hypnotic, as hints of progressive coalesce with house and techno to form a pumping vibe-builder. ‘Often Considered’ begins as a rattling tribal infused jam, before building up techno steam.
