Her now 7million+ streamed ‘Other Side’ fully launched Chicago’s Azzecca less than a year ago: just over a year since her debut release on Higher Ground, she’s back with her most requested ID of the year, ‘Tell That Boy’ (out Oct 12^th) to follow absurdly catchy recent single ‘U Fool’ (a Jack Saunders ‘Next Wave’ pick which also bagged spins from Danny Howard and Kiss playlist support). Less full circle, more a spiral staircase of a career with accolades aplenty on the way up, Azzecca’s techno, house, dark dance combo brings high energy to her passionately but thoughtfully curated sets.
