Ironworks London – CAMELPHAT: The Pre-Party Playlist
Ironworks London is a new, large-scale 7,000-capacity industrial warehouse venue launching in October 2026. Located at Thames Wharf in East London’s Royal Docks, the venue is a collaborative project between nightlife promoters LWE (the team behind Printworks) and placemaking organisation PROJEKT.
The events focus heavily on cutting-edge sound, lighting, and bespoke visual setups built directly into the raw structural architecture of the site. In an effort to support local, permanent club infrastructure, all events at Ironworks run during the daytime and wrap up strictly at 10:00 PM. This allows attendees to transition to nearby grassroots clubs like Fold and The Cause.
On Saturday 24th October, Grammy-nominated powerhouse duo CAMELPHAT are bringing their signature sound to London’s newest venue, Ironworks, for an unmissable day-to-night showcase, where they perform a FOUR HOUR extended set. Get ready for a masterclass in melodic techno and progressive house as the Liverpudlian duo are built for Ironworks’ raw, industrial energy. For a taste of what’s to come, listen below:
CAMELPHAT- The Solution: A relentless, underground tech house club weapon. Positioned right between their massive breakout with ‘Cola’ and their evolution into darker melodic techno, this track is highly regarded for its aggressive energy and an intense, memorable speech sample.
CAMELPHAT- Running Man: A specialized club weapon with a fascinating history. Originally produced in 2019, it existed for four years as a highly sought-after, legendary live ID before finally getting an official release on MDLBEAST’s MAHOOL Records.
CAMELPHAT – Expect Nothing: A brilliant stylistic bridge. It merges the steadily grooving, bouncy house roots of their earlier tech-house era with the glossy, cinematic, festival-ready scale of their modern melodic techno sound. The track’s focal point is a hypnotic, repeating vocal sample of ‘Understand that house is a feeling’.
CAMELPHAT, Kolsch – Waste My Time: A masterful collision of two production powerhouses. The track blends Kölsch’s signature cinematic, melancholy orchestral depth with CamelPhat’s relentless, heavy-hitting club engineering. the track focuses heavily on restraint, emotional vocal staging, and a wall of rich synth textures.
CAMELPHAT – Trip: Released in 2016 on Toolroom Records, represents the peak of their classic tech house era. Before they transitioned into the cinematic, melodic techno. ‘Trip’ was a stripped-back, high-energy, hypnotic club tool weapon built around an infectious, looping vocal hook and an intense rhythmic groove.
CAMELPHAT – Constellations: A masterclass in modern melodic techno and progressive house production. Released in 2015, this track helped define their signature sound: a blend of deep, hypnotic grooves, soaring emotional synth lines, and pristine club-focused engineering.
CAMELPHAT, Au/Ra – Panic Room: A quintessential example of dark, haunting melodic techno blended with mainstream dark-pop vocal production. Released in 2018, the track juxtaposes an eerie, claustrophobic atmosphere with an unstoppable, driving club groove.
